Similarity scores

Each row in the tables linked below contains the similarity scores between homologs. A similarity score is a normalized BLAST score and is approximately inversely proportional to an evolutionary distance.

The first column contains the methanogen open reading frame of the set of homologs.

The remaining columns contain an Sab, the simiarity score between the homologs of organisms a & b. Four symbols can substitute for a & b; they are: c = cyanobacteria, e = E. coli, m = methanogen, & y = yeast.
